Culinary Creation

Hey guys, welcome back to my blog! Today is May 28, 2025.

Today, I have a super fun baking workshop recap to share with you all! It was definitely a unique event, let me tell you. We had a few cancellations, but you know what? We still managed to have a fantastic turnout!

We had such a diverse group - girls ranging from 5 to 13 years old, and guess what? Some of the moms stayed too! It was so heartwarming. We had some amazing ladies from church guiding us through the baking process, and to add some extra fun, a couple of boys joined in to let the girls hit them with whipped cream pies. Can you say excitement overload?

The girls nailed it with their delicious cookies and brownies, and they even picked up some basic baking skills along the way. But you know what truly made the day so special? The laughter. I mean, these kids had an absolute blast! And you know what? I'm so thrilled we decided to make it a girls-only event. It truly created a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone involved. Overall, it was an incredible experience filled with yummy treats, new skills, and most importantly, lots of laughter and joy. Thanks for tuning in and I can't wait to bring you more fun adventures like this.

See you somewhere in September!

Bye!!

Yesterday was awesome! May 25,2025

From flag football, basketball, and dodgeball to food sizzling on the grill, prayer, and powerful moments of connection — it was everything Pray N Play is all about.
Around 30 people, including 10 adults, came together in unity for fun, faith, and fellowship. It was such a joy to see everyone out being active instead of stuck behind screens indoors. I always walk away from these events with new favorite memories — and yesterday was full of them.
Kids helped with setting up, cleaning, grilling, and serving food. My son passed out Gospel tracts. We had a beautiful group prayer with both kids and adults joining hands. But the moment that really stuck with me?
The high fives. The cheers. The laughter, hugs, and the sportsmanship — especially between fathers and sons. At least five dads played right alongside their kids. It was more than just a game — it was real bonding time. And what a privilege it was to witness that.

"And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers..."
— Malachi 4:6
That scripture came alive yesterday. What a blessing.
